Here at The Refined Space our days are filled with styling and making other's spaces and lives beautiful, and we often forget to stop and take some time for self care which helps to make our own lives beautiful. That's why this summer we are making a point to focus on taking the time for those little things that give you extra energy in life ... exercising, eating right, spending time with family, going on adventures, and having a routine of using clean products on our skin to unwind at the end of the day and refresh in the morning. We want to share a couple of our favourites and how they help us to relax and feel our best!
I discovered this Kismet Flower Child floral and peppermint facial mist back in December, and it has been my go to first thing in the morning ever since! I use it as a toner to refresh my skin and create a nice clean surface before I apply my moisturizer and makeup. I also love to bring this along while travelling, so I can refresh my tired skin on the go! Not only does the rose water in this smell amazing, but it has also helped to brighten my complexion and fight some blemishes.
My job involves a lot of lifting and moving objects while styling, running around town collecting the perfect decor pieces, meeting with clients, and much more, and this means that I am on my feet for the majority of the day. One of my favourite ways to soothe the aches and pains is by drawing myself a nice bath, and the Kismet Bath Salts are the perfect addition! The invigorating scent of eucalyptus and peppermint in the Float epsom and dead sea salts is my favourite and really helps to restore my body, but you cant go wrong with any of these wonderful salts.
We love these products and how they help us to take care of ourselves, and we think that you will love them too! Have you tried any of these mists or bath salts before? Do you have any favourite self care products you think we would love? We are always looking for new ways to refresh and relax and we would love to hear your favourites.
